We won't get Surtain and Rolle I can guarantee you that. As cheap as Carl is those two cost way more than CP is willing to spend.

if we get Rolle and Hartwell and then have a decent draft i will be pretty content.
it won't make up for nothing last year but it's a move in the right direction.
