Everybody remember when he took this team? They were the laughing stock of the NFL and NO ONE wanted to play for them. Now they are one of the best. No one wanted to give Marvin Lewis the chance to coach so he took the absolute worst team in the game and turned them around. I sure wish we could get a coach like him.

Yes dont forget thant Matt Millen was supposed to bring this guy in for an interview but instead hired marty Mourningweg and got fined for skipping Lewis.

You have to fire Millen for this move alone.
