I can deal with Hali I think it has potential to be a good pick if he goes L J and not Sims direction. I'm not sure about taking the saftey in round 2 that was projected as a late 3 or early 4th rounder when there were many high quality corners available still like (Richard Marshall - Fresno State) from my hometown bulldogs who I have watched first hand for a few years and I can say is a serious gamer. In fact against USC he single handedly shut down Jarett. Croyle was a good pick he is a great character guy and has tremendous physical skills I think he will understand his role as trents backup for a few years and deal with it well. Maxie I have watched play a few times he is a decent CB but who knows how that will translate into the NFL, he is a Miami guy so maybe we can get lucky. The rest of the guys I don't know anything about. I hope the reason we didn't take a top corner is because we are in the process of trading for one otherwise we were better off hanging on to Warfield  |
