We have sucked on the road all year, so the final outcome of this game is no suprise.
Mike Solari's game plan and lack of a back-up plan was utterly unimaginitve. No first down till the 3rd quarter.
I really hope TRint is not back next year. He is 36 going on 37 and I believe he will never be the same player that we have had in the past.
It is a shame that all his skills were wasted the last few years when we had no defense.
Well it is time to start over and rebuild. We have a lot of good young talent on defense and alot of old, over the hill players on offense. Make it happen Carl, Please!!!!

The outcome of this game is no great suprise to any long time Chief fan. We are the greatest choke artists in the game, bar none. It doesn't seem to matter if we are the greatest football team in the world, come playoff time, we will go down in defeat.
We didn't deserve to be in the playoffs, having lost to the lowly Browns should have sealed our fate. But, as we've done time after time, we found a way to sneak thru and find just enough success to keep the fans believing. We made the playoffs! The football Gods smiled on Kansas City for a change. Things were going to be different this time. We would be the underdog that shocked the home crowd. Hahahaha, just kidding fans, thanks for coming, don't let the door hit you on the way out.
While we didn't have any mistaken notion of our invincibility or any pipe dreams of playoff success, we did think we drew the one and only team we had a shot in hell of beating. The Colts were one of the most pathetic defensive teams in the history of the game when it came to run defense. We had the second best RB in the game, a decent run producing front line, and enough of a wide receiver corps that we could keep them honest with the play action pass. After all, wasn't this the same offense that led the league in offense just last year? These same overachieving wide receivers and this same ancient backup found a way to lead the league in offense... how I have no idea. But when gametime got here, we found Mike Solari was no Saunders for sure. Run, run, pass, punt. That was our offensive game plan for the first 3 quarters of this game. No adjustments, no changes, no first downs. Pathetic. They are calling this the most pathetic offensive output by any playoff team ever. EVER. How does that make you feel Chiefs fans? No way does Gonzalez come back to this team if he's serious about winning a Superbowl. The only way he comes back is if he's only in it for the money. If that's the case, we don't need him back anyway. LJ is not likely to be with us long either. Why stay with this team, they've proven they can't win over and over and over. Green will hopefully not come back, if he does he'll likely be killed behind what is left of our offensive line after Shields retires. No WR's, no TE's, no OL... all we've done is trade the worlds worst defense for the worlds worst offense.
I am at a loss... I am 36 years old and have never seen the Chiefs have playoff success beyond the AFC championship game in '93 or was it '94? Too far for me to remember. Will this team ever be able to put it all together? How can we go 14-2 and lose in our first playoff game AT HOME? How can this team have the best RB's in the game and not be able to win a single playoff game in over 13 years? How long do I beat my brains against this great yellow and red wall? I don't expect SB victories every couple of years. That would be unresonable. I do however expect a Superbowl appearance every 20 years or so. Is that really too much to ask? Teams like the Cowboys, Steelers, hell even the Seahags can make it to the big game and we can't? Come on. For Gods sake, come on.

Larry Johnson should be our franchise player, so we shouldnt lose him.But Tony G should be gone. Send Trent packing too. We are about the same age, so let me tell you, I feel your pain. I would love to endure some 2 or 3 win seasons if it at least meant a superbowl appearance some day, ala Raiders and Tama Bay.
Man that Herm is annoying. He is so full of sh*t, it is rediculous. We were totally outcoached and outplayed.

LJ is pissed. I wouldn't be suprised if he held out if he doesn't get paid BIG next year. Tony is likely gone, as is Bell, Green, Wesley, Sims, and Dante Hall.
