And his name is Andy Groom who was on the 2002 NC team, Groom told me before the draft that KC and TB was interested in him, He went undrafted and TB snatched him up after the draft.
Here is a guy that has very good size for a punter, Has great speed in the 40 for a Punter, And is strong!! He pumped some serious iron for the scouts/coaches at the OSU combine----And the guy is smart, Good leg
If KC was leary of signing him they could of easily took him in the 6th or 7th round and gave him a shot
